1WHO CAN JOIN THAILAND ELITE?

2HOW CAN I JOIN THAILAND ELITE?
If you desire to join, please contact our Sales Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or via +66 (0) 95 428 3708 from Monday - Friday (8.30 - 18.00) to submit an application with all necessary documentation and to arrange for payment. The application process normally takes a short while, as approval must also be granted from certain government divisions.
3WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS?
Services range from expedited immigration, visa processing and airport transportation services to complimentary golf, spa treatments, and annual hospital check-ups; as well as a host of shopping, hotel, resort and dining experiences. 4WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF MEMBERSHIP?
The membership fees range from a non-refundable payment of THB 2,000,000 (exclusive of VAT) with a 20-year validity; THB 1,000,000 (10 years); THB 800,000 (5-10 years); to THB 500,000 (5 years). The seven categories of membership (see Membership Packages) entitle each Member to the principal benefits and privileges of a Thailand Elite Membership as detailed in the E-Privileges. 5CAN OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS USE THAILAND ELITE SERVICES?
Services are generally restricted for use by the Member only, but immediate family are entitled to receive the Member's privileges when accompanying the Member.
6HOW CAN I GET MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THAILAND ELITE?
7HOW DOES THE FIVE-YEAR VISA WORK?
The Member is granted a special five-year multiple entry VISA with automatic approval of a one-year stay. The Member is also exempt from the requirement to leave Thailand to extend the length of stay, but is subject to a stay extension fee as stated in the Thai Immigration Service duty charges.
8IN THE EVENT THAT THE MEMBER WANTS TO TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP TO A THIRD PERSON, WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO ACCOMPLISH THIS?
The Membership is transferable one-time (only for Ultimate Privilege and Family Premium members), subject to a 20% surcharge of current market price at the time of the transfer, and the approval as stated on Terms and Conditions of Thailand Elite Membership. After transfer, the term of the Membership is subject to the remaining period.
9WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MEMBER?
The Applicant/Member must have, and maintain, the following qualifications:
- Be sui juris under Thailand law (Ultimate Privilege Member must be a minimum of 20 years old)
- Be allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws or any related law of Thailand
- Hold a foreign passport
- Not have been adjudicated bankrupt, and
- Not have been declared a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi-incompetence.
- Not have been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any countries (except for an offence committed through negligence)
10ARE THERE INVESTMENT POSSIBILITIES IN THAILAND FOR THE MEMBER?
The Member is entitled to special services to facilitate dealing with both the Thai government and the private sector to enhance business opportunities and investment privileges that are reserved for Members only.
11AFTER HOLDING THE MEMBERSHIP, HOW CAN THE MEMBER USE THE PRIVILEGES AND BENEFITS?
The Member may simply send a request for service to our Member Contact Center at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via +66 (0) 95 428 3708 (24-hour service, seven days a week) in advance, as per our service policy. Our Member Contact Center team will coordinate with our service providers for reservation and service confirmation, which will be returned to the Member within 24 hours.
12WHAT ARE THE MAIN PRIVILEGES FOR THAILAND ELITE MEMBERSHIP?
The main privileges granted with all categories of memberships are 'Privilege Entry Visa', a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa, which allows you to travel in and out of Thailand as frequently as needed without having to apply for a re-entry permit; as well as VIP services to and from the airport.
13HOW LONG CAN A THAILAND ELITE MEMBER STAY IN THAILAND WITH A 'PRIVILEGE ENTRY VISA?'
The length of stay per each entry is one year. And if you do not plan to leave Thailand at all, you can do the extension of stay every one year until you reach the end of the membership validity.
14HOW LONG IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
The entire application process takes no longer than 14 working days.
15WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS?
- Copy of an identification page of your passport
- Color ID photo (high-resolution file)
- Completed Application Form
- Copy of proof of relationship as Immediate Family of Core Member
16WHY DOES THAILAND ELITE REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT?
The copy of the identification page of your passport will be sent to the Immigration office for a due diligence check. This is to insure that you are not on the Blacklist, Watching-list or anything that would make you ineligible to obtain the Visa.
17CAN I APPLY FOR THAILAND ELITE MEMBERSHIP, IF I'M HOLDING NON-IMMIGRANT (B) VISA WITH WORK PERMIT?
Elite Visa is categorized under Tourist Visa, which does not allow the holder to legally apply for a work permit to work in Thailand. The Non-Immigrant Visa must be cancelled before Privilege Entry Visa is validated.
18IS A THAILAND ELITE MEMBER REQUIRED TO DO 90-DAY REPORT?
According to Immigration Bureau of Thailand, Thailand Elite Members are still required to do a 90-Day Report if continuously staying in the country without leaving for over 90 days.
19WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I ONLY HAVE THREE YEARS LEFT ON MY PASSPORT?
- According to Immigration Bureau of Thailand, if the length of your current passport is not up to five-year period, the Privilege Entry Visa will be affixed in accordance with the expiration date stated on the passport. The remaining validity will be affixed on your new passport.
- Please be informed that Thailand Elite requires at least three blank pages of your current passport and term of the Visa shall be granted in accordance with the validity of Membership.
20CAN A THAILAND ELITE MEMBER OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT?
